I looked up my Secret Santa and she seems to have multiple dogs but just listed one on her ticket. I am trying to find out hints of what she might like. If you to to the events page, click on my packages. Where it says your persons name, you can click on it ( their name) and it will take you to their GT card page. No, you entered 2 times on Oct 15 You also entered 3 times on Oct 22 I signed up for two packages and only one is listed in my profile. Is the other one missing because it hasn't been matched yet? Just want to make sure my girls aren't left out. No, you have 2 packages and 2 matches NO FURTHER TECHNICAL PROBLEMS / QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED HERE. If you have an issue submit a support ticket so we can track and correct them. It seems most have been user problems created on the member part. We will try to fix them, but you will need to submit a ticket. Without that ticket and our response, you are responsible to complete whatever is listed in the event system.
