Guest 4baddogs Posted April 18, 2006 Share Posted April 18, 2006 (edited) I know he's been gone for over 2 weeks now, but today would have been Flashy's 12th birthday. I bought cupcakes and a can of whipped cream (his favorite treat in the whole world) for the other 3 dogs and they just had their little party in the back yard. This is so damn hard and at times I still don't think I'll get past it, I really don't. I miss him so much and it hurts so bad. I know he's happy and healthy, running free and playing with his friends. For that I am eternally grateful, but my heart aches constantly for him. I love and miss you big guy. I always will. She is my heart dog. She came to me the night she passed away in a dream and I truly believe that is the only reason I've been able to cope. Sending prayers for your heart to heal.
