Thank you for sharing your joy and sorrow. A lovely and loving tribute to Lyndon.

Missing my sweet girl Scout. My snuggler, my chow-hound, my kissy girl.
It never thunders at the Bridge, and your food bowl is ALWAYS filled.

So strange not living in Atty World. I was a love struck handmaiden to your every whim.

I am so sorry for your loss. My first post on this forum was in remembrance too. I am sure that my two Grey boys at the bridge would be very happy to hang out with your Lyndon...their tongues used to hang out most of the time too.

Run free Lyndon :f_red:grouphug

After you have 5 posts and can post pictures, could you share some of your sweetie? He sounds very special.

I do have a picture that I pulled out of an album to keep with me that makes me smile. About 3 years ago, we had a good sized vegetable garden that was fenced in. We had a big yard with a ton of trees. In the fall, we had gathered up all the leaves from the yard and piled them into the garden until they were a few feet deep. Then we romped with the pups in there. It was hilarious because they would just submarine through the leaves to find their toys.

In the picture I am upside down in leaves with just my feet sticking out, Lyndon had just bowled me over to get his favorite toy and is tearing off with it with Gee Gee chasing him. It looks hilarious. I'll try to scan it and post it somehow.

Thanks again everyone for the kind support. It's good to think of all the friends he has to play with while he waits at the bridge.

Lyndon sounds so much like my Biscuit, who died suddenly a year ago. Biscuit was 90 pounds, black, and a general goof. Time makes it a little easier, but you'll always remember Lyndon and the wonderful times you had.

You wrote a beautiful tribute to him!

We would love to see some pictures of Lyndon and you have enough posts now that you can "do" pictures . . . . hint . . . . hint.

Hope today goes better for you.

I am so sorry for your loss. :grouphug You painted such a beautiful picture of Lyndon with your words. Godspeed Lyndon :candle:gh_run2:candle

Greyhound angels at the bridge- Casey, Charlie, Maggie, Molly, Renie, Lucy & Teddy. Beagle angels Peanut and Charlie. And to all the 4 legged Bridge souls who have touched my heart, thank you. When a greyhound looks into you eyes it seems they touch your very soul.
