Hi All! We adopted a greyhound a few weeks, right from the track/ kennel life. He has adjusted to potty training relatively well, but struggles to make it through the night. We typically do last walk of the night at 10:30, and he goes out right at 5am. He has been unable to hold off to get outside (made it most of the way and then loses control) and has gone to the bathroom in the house (caught in the act at 4:30). He's almost 3, so I think he should be able to hold it slightly longer. Selfishly, I'd love to be able to get more than 6 hours of sleep. During the day, he gets a 5am walk (about an hour, a pee break at 8:45, an afternoon pee break, an evening pee break, and then a final walk at 10:30 that's usually 45 minutes or so. Eventually that evening break will become a walk, but we live in a small city and he's not adjusted yet to traffic. Any advice?
