  1. Will keep fingers crossed that he gets better fast.
  2. Amazing how we still miss these wonderful companions even after 11 yrs.
  3. Tess was a beautiful girl. I'm so sorry her time to go to the Bridge had come.
  4. She was so beautiful. And so very lucky to have found you.
  5. My Jade was diagnosed with CCD, and these are not the same symptoms. But we did try anipryl. All it did was make her VERY hungry. Out of control hungry. But she did well on clomipherine (sp?)
  6. I had one dream of Topaz when I lost her. That was it. I had many dreams of Brindle. In all those dreams I never remembered she was gone until the last one. Then I hugged her and told her I missed her. Never dreamt of her again. And I SO wish I would dream about my other 4 Bridge Kids, Pearl, Diamond, Onyx and Crystal, as I miss them terribly. Especially my Pearl. I need a hug from Pearl and a smile from Onyx.
  7. She was beautiful. And your tribute to her matched her beauty.
  8. Diamond did get it in her opposite leg after her amp. But her lungs were clear. I also know of two other dogs that had it in another leg once they had an amp. So, what Bauer'sMom says.

{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{Chris}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} He was a very handsome man. I'm sorry he took your heart with him when he left.
  11. I've had my Emma for 2 yrs. She's 4. She got kicked out of her first home (a condo) because she whined. She's a talker. Just talks. Non-stop. She healthy, happy, content. So, she could just be a talker. But I would still take care of all her problems as it could still be pain induced.
  12. {{{{{{{{{{ Shelby }}}}}}}}}}}}}} She was beautiful
  13. Deanna, she was stunningly beautiful. I was saddened to tears to find her name here this morning.
  14. I'm so very sorry Vicky has this horrid horrid disease. I don't want to persuade you one way or the other. Just give you my story. My Diamond had it in her front leg. I drove out to OSU where Dr Couto was at the time and had the surgery done out there. (I'm in NJ - was a 9 hr drive). The first two weeks were really rough and I wondered every day if I did the right thing. But once she healed and was off the drugs, she was a different dog. She was happy and chasing deer. I had her for 6 months until OS hit another leg. Her lungs were always clear. Diamond was 12.
  15. My Bridgegirl Diamond will watch over your Diamond. You go Girl!!
  16. Your pix need to be on a public forum like Photobucket (and I think Flickr works too) Congrats!
  17. My Tanzi has the exact same thing, exact same toe. She's limping right now, but eventually will stop. Then she'll run like an idiot and start limping again. I've had previous dogs with similar "fat toes". I took one of my other greys to the vets for that and other than rest, there really isn't anything else to do.
