  7. Just FYI. October 7, 2014 — PetSmart has announced that Loving Pets Corp is voluntarily recalling specific lots of Simply Nourish Biscotti with Beef and Sweet Potatoes Dog Treats due to the potential of mold growth. The affected products have the expiration date of February 2016. No product images were provided. No other Simply Nourish or Loving Pets treats are affected. What’s Being Recalled? What to Do? The company recommends that consumers immediately stop using the specified product and return it to any PetSmart store for a full refund. You are also advised to bring your receipt with you to the store when requesting a refund. 8. I'm so sorry to see this. Thank you for giving her those wonderful years as a beloved companion.
  9. Glad to hear the surgery went well and she can come home tomorrow.
  10. I'm so sorry you were so poorly treated. I would not be going back there. Sending good thoughts that the cause of her discomfort is something minor and that she recovers quickly and completely.
  11. A beautiful tribute to your beautiful Polly. I'm so sorry for your loss.
  12. I'm so sorry to see this. RIP Bullitt. for all of you.
  13. I make up several days worth at a time a keep it covered in the 'fridge because Princess also has a hard time waiting.
  14. If you've never tried canned tripe, you could give it a try. It kept my boy, Cruz, eating for a good while in the last stages of CRF. I fed Cruz the Solid Gold, Tripett, and ZiwiPeak. He liked ZiwiPeak the best, but ate all three brands pretty well. Ideally raw tripe would be the most nutritious, but it's extra stinky and messy, so I would try canned first. Sending good thoughts.
  15. It's so hard not to worry. Hoping everything checks out and she just needs some additional calories. And digestive enzymes and probiotics can't hurt. I'm a big fan of both.
  16. I don't have any advice, but will surround you both with good thoughts during this difficult time.
  17. Glad to hear there haven't been any further episodes. Hope she's feeling good very soon.
  18. Welcome back! Sounds like you've been very busy.
  19. I'm so sorry to see this. Sending good thoughts for a speedy recovery.
  20. Glad there haven't been any more episodes.
  21. I've also had good luck having them follow another dog who is confident on stairs going up. Still have to be careful about them walking to jump coming down tho. I've never actually had to teach one from scratch since my existing dogs have always taught my new greyhounds how to navigate steps/stairs.
