I bathe all 3, one after another about every 6 weeks or so. All I can say is that it is back breaking. I go into the tub with them with tank and shorts and the handheld and wash cloth. I try and use a very mild shampoo/tearless with conditioning as not to dry their skin.

Seems like too much. To date, Beau has had one well check up and one infection on the outside of his ear, maybe an insect bite during the summer. Chloe has had several due to trying to diagnose hypothyroidism. Teddy is going today, since we noticed a growth in his mouth. Sigh.

I didn't vote becasue I have 3 dogs with 3 different weights. Beau, weighs 63 pounds. he weighed 62 on the track ,but muscle weighs a lot more than fat so, he's maintaining well at a triffle less then 3 cups a day. Chloe who weighs 68 pounds is at 3 full cups a day. Teddy who weighs in at 74 pounds is just off the track and he's muscle is still prominent. He's at 4 cups a day. Sometimes they really don't need to gain "weight from food" because once they start losing a bit of their muscle tone, they will automatically look like they've gained weight from muscle going soft a bit.

I got 2 of my greys right off the track and right into my home where they had to climb 6 steps just to get into my house and another 15 or so (2 sets of steps) to get upstairs. The last one we adopted was 2 weeks ago and he is 100% fine with all steps. It took a day or 3 to perrect but NOW, he is like a bat out of hell racing up or down.

My Chloe's grandpa was greys statesman, her mom seagold glory. Both of mine have HB too!

So how do we go about getting this to be a "trendy" but permanent thing in Hollywood, cuz once one person starts, it gets the ball rolling for others. The only problem I see is of the people who travel so extensivley for movie/ concert touring. Who would watch their dogs? The dogs would be unhappy with their owners gone so often.

I give both my boy (62 lbs) 3 cups of 1/2 nutro blue and 1/2 Iams red and my girl (68) lbs. I give it in 1.5 cups 2x a day. I was told to NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER give greenies as there have been several deaths from it.

It's easy reading and so on the money. Between those books and this forum, you will have a lot of good info. The people on this board ROCK!

6-8 hours is the norm. Most people have to work for a living. It must be nice to be indepently wealthy enough not to have to work!!! If you live close to NJ/DE/PA, let me know. If not. locate another group. After 8 hours, yes you would probaby need a dog walker. That's ridiculous.
