Wondering the same thing... I'm getting frustrated with all the ticks I'm finding on my dogs and on the floor + vet bills. Caesar had lyme this month and Doolin was diagnosed with Anaplasmosis yesterday. Frontline does NOT work, while on it I will still see bloated ticks attached to them and Advantix is not an option because they get bad reactions from the applied area

Preventic collars are a greyt defense against ticks. I would recommend everyone going to GIG pick one up. (if you can find one). Continue using the frontline plus for flea protection- they can and work well together.

I can't back this but, I have heard Vectra is a no no for Ghs.

I think there have been at least 3 other threads obout Vectra 3D on here in the last few months, so you could do a search and read those replies, but my vet and I have both used Vectra on our own Greyhounds with no problems.

Here's a link to a thread on Vectra here

It nearly killed a friend's non-greyhound because of the permethrin. Banfield at Petsmart really pushes this product and then after thousands of $$ in medical bills they couldn't figure out how to fix her dog. Fortunately my vet was able to.
