Hello From Ohio!

Hello everyone!
My name is Emily and I live with my family in Ohio. We recieved word that we would be recieving a greyhound, so of course in my excitement I ran to the web and started googling all I could about greyhounds to help our guy settle in. I stumbled across these wonderful forums, and I must say, the pictures of your beautiful hounds tided me over until our boy arrived. I didn't want to sign up until he came and I had pictures, so here they are! (I hope they work)

A little backstory, firstly: we adopted a grey four years ago named Hershey. He was our first grey and he was wonderful. Sadly, we had to put him down two years ago to bone cancer. It took a while for everyone in the family to be ready for another grey, but our second one finally arrived a few weeks ago!

I am in Cincinnati too!! A girlfriend of mine, who posts under Baileysmom on GT, ran into you at Petsmart and was telling me that she knew you from your kids doing some event together. Anyway she said your new boy reminded her of my Dylan! I love the black boys...I have two right now.

Welcome from NY! My Elsie (see signature) is mom to your boy! How greyt is that!!! N Fracine, now called Elsie! (see ears for verification of lineage!!!!) she is new to us too. We lost our last brood mom 3 months ago and adopted Elsie off her farm in OK in late April.

RobinM, I would love pics of Indy's momma! I looked at her pictures on her greyhound data page and she is beautiful.

Also, many thanks to whoever updated Indy's greyhound data page.
