Hello Everyone,
It has taking me awhile to finally get on here. I was driving down the road about two or three months ago when I saw this website on the back of someones car, and I though to myself "Wow I should really check that out!".
Well I will be brief, My Name is Elijah and my Girlfriend and I adopted a Retired Racer back in September of '08. His name was Chase, but we renamed him Cyrus. He will be 3 at the end of June this year. My girlfriend Kelley has always wanted to rescue a grey since she was little. However I had never really given much thought in the matter, but I am very happy with our decision to rescue Cyrus. We had some serious Alpha issues in the beginning and are still working through some issues, but he is a great guy with a great personality. He loves his trips to the dog park to run around after tennis balls. I have never seen such a fascination with tennis balls haha. Well thats a quick little intro for everyone. It great to finally be on here and I wish everyone the best!

Welcome from Iowa! I'd love to see pics of Cyrus with the tennis balls. My dog is like most greys, I think, in that she couldn't care less about them (though she likes to chase the other dogs who are chasing the ball!).

Cyrus is very handsome!!
One of our hounds is obsessed with chasing tennis balls, too! (we may have the only 2 hounds that are into this!!
